WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand to more destinations soon.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email right after placing your order, and a second email with tracking as soon as it ships.
DELIVERY TIMES
After processing, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 4–9 business days from the time the order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to carrier delays outside our control.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your items and delivery address. You'll see the exact cost before completing your purchase, with no surprises.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
DISCREET PACKAGING
Your privacy matters to us. All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no mention of the contents or our store name on the outside. Only a neutral shipping label is visible.
