RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Your satisfaction matters to us. Because we sell intimate apparel, swimwear, and wellness products, we follow strict hygiene standards to keep every customer safe. Please read our policy carefully.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL (CHANGE OF MIND)
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or buyer's remorse. We encourage you to review our size charts and product descriptions carefully before ordering. If you're unsure about sizing or fit, email us at info@shoptangere.com before you buy and we'll gladly help.
DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We stand behind everything we sell. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, we'll make it right.
Just email us at info@shoptangere.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- A clear photo or video showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item
Once we review and approve your claim, we'll offer you a replacement or a full refund. If a return is required, we'll cover the return shipping with a prepaid label, so there's no cost to you.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we process your claim. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Need to cancel? Email us at info@shoptangere.com as soon as possible. We can usually cancel orders that haven't entered processing yet (within the first few hours). Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, or if your order seems lost in transit, contact us at info@shoptangere.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
