How long does delivery take?

Where do you ship?

  • We currently ship within the United States. If you need an exception, contact us and we’ll see what’s possible.

When will my order ship?

  • Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking once it’s on the way.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

  • We only accept returns for items with manufacturing defects. For hygiene and safety reasons, all other items are considered final sale once shipped.

How do I start a return?

  • If you received a defective item, please email us within 10 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos showing the issue. Our team will review your case and provide next steps if eligible.

Which items are not returnable?

  • For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on intimate items, toys, lingerie, underwear, personal lubricants, consumables, or clearance items.
    Only items with verified manufacturing defects are eligible for replacement or refund.

What if my item is defective or arrives damaged?

  • We’ll replace or refund defective/damaged items. Contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

Can I exchange for a different size?

  • If the item is eligible and unworn/unopened, you can request an exchange within 10 days of delivery. We’ll confirm availability and next steps.

What appears on my billing statement?

  • Our billing descriptor says "TANGERE BOUTIQUE". 

Will anyone know what’s inside the package?

  • No, packages are plain with no product details on the label.
