ORDERING & SHIPPING

How long does delivery take?
Delivery is typically 3 to 7 business days within the U.S. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once it's on the way.

Do you offer discreet shipping?
Yes. Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging with no product details on the label. Only a neutral shipping label is visible.

How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your cart and destination, so you'll always see the exact cost before you pay. Orders over $200 ship free.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. If you need an exception, contact us at info@shoptangere.com and we'll see what's possible.

Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What's your return policy?
For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We only accept returns for items with verified manufacturing defects, or if you received a damaged or incorrect item.

Which items are not returnable?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on intimate items, lingerie, underwear, swimwear, personal wellness products, consumables, or clearance items for change of mind or sizing. Only items with verified defects, damage, or shipping errors are eligible for replacement or refund.

What if my item is defective, damaged, or incorrect?
We'll make it right. Email us at info@shoptangere.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a video showing the issue. Once approved, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, and we cover return shipping if it's needed.

How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it on your statement.

PRIVACY & BILLING

What appears on my billing statement?
Your statement shows "TANGERE BOUTIQUE" and nothing that reveals the contents of your order.

Will anyone know what's inside the package?
No. Packages are plain with no product details on the label.

How do I find my size in lingerie and costumes?
Check the size guide on each product page. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort. Still unsure? Email us before you buy and we'll help.

Are your products body-safe?
Yes. We curate premium brands with body-safe materials from trusted distributors. Always check the individual product description for specific material and care details.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to help. Reach out as soon as possible at info@shoptangere.com with your order number. Once an order ships, it can no longer be cancelled.

Do you offer gift packaging?
We can keep it extra discreet on request. Just leave a note at checkout or email us.

Do you offer resort-ready bundles?
